I’m having issues with adding credit to a client’s account. When I click on “Add client to a class”, I am able to find her email as she has set up an account, then I click on add her to event and it says she doesn’t have credit. When I look up her client info- it shows that she purchased a 10 pack and it has plenty of time before expiration, but it still won’t allow me to add her to the class…it says she does not have credit to apply to this class. What am I missing? Thank you!
This happened to me once, but it turned out I had made a mistake with the class type not being available with the clients class pack. Maybe have a double check that you haven’t accidentally taken a certain class out of the pack?
