My client on a membership plan is unable to book classes

If a client has a valid reoccurring membership and they are unable to book on for classes there are a couple of ways you can check why this might be happening

  1. Is the class that they are wanting to book within their current term? If booked outside of their current term and there is no grace period linked then your client will need to wait for the renewal to book the class.
  2. Has the class type been applied to their membership? You can check this via Manage > Memberships > click on the membership > check that the class type is applied.
