Hi guys, I wondered if there is an option to have a form for new clients to fill out when booking for the first time, to give notice of any injuries or pregnancy for example.

Hey Stella,
We don’t have this feature I’m afraid but you can always create an e-doc and link the URL to your Welcome Email should you want them to fill out a form with information on it. However, if they don’t fill out a form, our system will not stop them from booking a class.

Please can I also ask: I noticed that if people book on a class less than 24 hours before, they get the booking confirmation, as well as the ‘day before’ class reminder, which are basically the same email.
Is there a way to cancel the class reminder if people book less than 24 hours in advance?

Hey Stella,
You can edit the booking confirmation email and reminder email by going to Notifications > click the more icon on the notification > edit email and you can then change the number hours the reminder email is sent to something less than 24 hours.
However, you’re unable to isolate use case for different times of bookings if that makes sense?
So for example, if you set the reminder for 2 hours before class the reminder will be sent 2 hours before the class to everyone who has booked.

We don’t have an integration with Class Pass yet but this might be something we look into in the future if it becomes a popular demand 
Regarding Louise Pegg, has Louise tried to log in to the admin site via https://instabook.io/login and then click “Forgotten Password” to set her password?
