Creating Account Failure

Today a client told me she could not create the account. This wasn’t the first time it happened. Would you know how this failure could have happened and how to fix it?

Hi there - I’m sorry to hear your client had trouble creating an account. For us to diagnose we’ll need a bit more information

  1. What link did they use to create the account?
  2. What happened when they tried to create an account? Was there an error message? Did the screen go blank? Did it take them somewhere else?
  3. What device and browser are they using?

Once we have a bit more information on what happened their end we can look at diagnosing then resolving.
