A number of clients have mentioned that they have responded to Instabook emails. Where do these go please and how do I receive them?

I’ve had similar, where people have said they have replied to an instabook email, but it’s never made it to my inbox.
Notifications from Instabook are set up as Notifications vs Email so these are no-reply 
If your clients want to get in touch with you it is best for them to reach out directly.
