It seeming to ask for card details regardless of proving a free class (100%discount for friends and family), any way I can switch this off?

As promo code is applied to a class pack that has a payment attached the flow will always be that card details et added. If you’re not wanting your clients to add card details then the best alternative way would be to manually add complimentary credit to their account.
